The jewelry also includes hallmark engravings such as “DUJA BAHRAIN,” the metal composition (750 or 875 or 916 for gold or 950 platinum), a unique serial number, and a copyright symbol. DUJA jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and can be worn or on special occasions, depending on the item.
DUJA exclusively works with precious metals including 18k Gold (750), 21k (875), 22k (916) and Platinum (950). We also incorporate fine, semi-precious, and precious gemstones, diamonds and enamel. Only the highest quality diamonds and gemstones are used by DUJA. DUJA uses G+ Color, VS+ Clarity, very good to excellent cut and provides a certificate when applicable. Many of DUJA’s creations feature various shapes and cuts of precious, semi-precious, and fine gemstones. DUJA ensures that all gemstones conform to strict quality guidelines and have not undergone enhancements, treatments, oiling, or heating. We work with all-natural, AAA-graded emeralds, rubies, and sapphires. These gemstones are considered “near perfect” and are well- cut, clean, and polished to excellent standards. Semi-precious stones and composite stones such as tourmaline, carnelian, lapis lazuli, agate, malachite, mother of pearl and onyx are also incorporated into DUJA’s jewelry designs. These stones are enhanced to showcase their natural beauty and give the pieces a distinctive edge. Enamel is a key element in many of DUJA’s creations. Each color of enamel is exclusively formulated by DUJA’s artisans in their atelier. The enamel is carefully applied by hand to each piece of jewelry, resulting in a unique work of art. The process involves the application of a glass paste to a hard surface, which then heated until set. DUJA utilizes a wide range of colors, from bold primaries to vibrant neon’s, and sets the enamel with UV light to ensure longevity. DUJA’s commitment to quality is reflected in their meticulous quality control process. Every jewelry creation is inspected by hand using a jeweler’s loupe to ensure the highest standards. How can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be changed or canceled. However, you may still return your order for store credit or request an exchange, subject to our return policy.

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER COME IN?

DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?

Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.We kindly ask that you provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items may be returned for store credit within two (2) days of receiving your order, provided they are in brand new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To be eligible for exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

IS THERE AN EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE?

Yes. Shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit once your exchange is approved.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes incurred on your original order are non-refundable.
The replacement item may also be subject to additional duties and taxes, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

WHAT IF MY REPLACEMENT ITEM COSTS MORE OR LESS THAN THE RETURNED ITEM?

If your selected replacement item is higher in price, you will be asked to pay the difference during the exchange process.

If the replacement item is lower in price, you will receive store credit for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS AND RESIZING?

Yes. In the event of any damage, we recommend returning the piece to Duja for evaluation and possible repair by our workshop.

Following our assessment, repair costs—if applicable—will be communicated and may be the client’s responsibility.
