On each product page, you will find a wide range of sizes and colors available, along with a description and more information about the item’s composition. By clicking on the product image, you can zoom in to get a closer look and access all the fine details.

 

To place an order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the product page and choose your preferred size and color.
  2. Add the product to your DUJA Bag.
  3. Once you have finished shopping and added all the items you want to purchase, click on your “DUJA Bag”.
  4. Enter your shipping details.
  5. Select and fill in your payment method.
  6. Check the information you entered and click on “Place order.”

 

Shortly, you will receive your order confirmation e-mail.

To complete a pre-order, payment must be made at the time or purchase, and the total amount will be charged immediately.

 

How can I cancel or change my order?

 

Before the shipping process, orders may be modified or canceled. You can CONTACT US and our team will assist you with the process.

 

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be modified or canceled. However, you can still return the order for a store credit or exchange your order online.
