Items must be returned in a brand new and unworn condition, with all the relevant tags attached within three (3) days from the day you receive the product. You may return a product for store credit if the return complies with our Return Policy.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
To return a product, login to your account to request a return form and/or CONTACT US. Please note, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RECEIVE MY RETURNED ITEM?
All returns pass a quality assurance inspection. If approved, we will offer you the chance to exchange or store credit valid for 12 months.
Please note that we do not refund the shipping, custom and taxes paid.Â
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
 We offer a 3-day exchange period for all our customers.
 To ensure that an item is eligible for exchange, it must be:
– Unworn and shows no sign of wear or damage.
– It should be in its original condition, including any tags that were originally attached.
– The item should be returned with all original packaging, including the box and any extra free accessories added.

 If you purchased the item through a third-party vendor outside of dujajewelry.com, it is important to follow their specific return and exchange policy.
IS THERE AN EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE?
Yes. Shipping Fees will be deducted from your store credit once approved.
Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them as part of the exchange. The replacement item may also be subject to duties and taxes that the customer will have to pay.
WHAT IF MY REPLACEMENT ITEM PRICE IS HIGHER THAN THE RETURNED ITEM?
If the price of your chosen replacement item is lower than the price of your returned item, you will
receive store credit, that you can use for future purchases, valid for a 12 months period.
